Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Norwood does not offer refunds for customers who change their mind, as all garments are made once the order is placed. You can exchange your item within 14 days of getting your order for a different item of equal or greater value. Garments must be returned in original unworn condition. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
